Dear Pete,

Just to say a huge thank you for this weekend. We had absolute confidence in you and your organisational skills and your superb cooking. It was phenomenal - I have had so many compliments regarding the meal and people astounded as to how the fish was cooked just right. Everyone was raving about how tender the lamb was and the chocolate mousse was phenomenal. They also loved the coconut cream jelly, sushi and pancakes.

Guests also commented on your wonderful choice of lovely looking glassware and tableware, so all your fine attention to details were noted and admired.

We wanted you to do it because it is not just the food but the overall perfection, organisation and unflappable character and cheeky charm that appealed to us too. You are a consummate professional and made our weekend enjoyable, calm and wonderful, plus your team were charming, efficient and discreet and really a pleasure to work with.
